Very interesting article.  The premise if fascinating.

This is a great idea.  But it raises questions of who will monitor it, and will it only lead to more proprietary apps and products?  One thing that health care and mHealth needs is LESS regulation to enable fatster time to market.

The idea of dedicated bandwidth is great and would be fantastic.  Just hope that it doesn’t get in the way and clog up the works.
